Compassion-First Pet Hospitals. A name that reflected who all 40 original hospitals wanted to be — a company, a team, and a family.
But Compassion-First was more than a name — it was a vision for the work they did every day, and the promise of hope to ingrain a collective philosophy throughout all hospitals.
As part of the brand development process, we recommended that each of the hospitals retain their individual names and presence within the community. Compassion-First would serve as the philosophical thread that tied them all together, through collaboration that would best serve the client, the pets, and the referring doctor community.
