Project Manager


The Project Manager is responsible for managing a varying complexity of digital, social and traditional projects within the agency’s workflow process.  This person will utilize the principles and processes within the agency to ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule and budget while adhering to quality standards and meeting customer expectations and business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Works with the account team to develop the scope and/or assignment brief of work based on functional and business requirements.
  • Creates the full project schedule from inception to completion, manages resources for deliverables, raising project risks and ensuring adherence to the requirements given within the scope.
  • Owns the process of budget determination and involves key stakeholders for input and sign-off prior to client presentation.
  • Communicates status of project to the team and client on regular basis; resolves schedule conflicts; ensures changing resource and project requirements are communicated to all members of the project team, and that the changes are understood by all members of the team.
  • Be consultants, analysts, persuaders and business-minded individuals who can connect the most effective teams to deliver client-focused solutions on scope, schedule and budget, and within agency-quality standards.
  • Is responsible for in-depth knowledge and understanding of agency marketing channels, i.e., …print, direct mail, digital and broadcast as well as the roles of each department in this process, and then, taking a leadership role in applying that knowledge to all channels of his or her assigned client, work in such a way that jobs are completed in the most timely, effective and efficient manner.  
  • Establishes and practices clear and consistent workflow processes and effectively employs agency tools and technology across all agency accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or similar degree with 3-5 years of project management experience. Must have worked in a similar environment with a good working knowledge of general agency workflow processes across multiple channels to include:  Broadcast, Digital,  Social, OOH, Print and one-to-one
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Content Management System (CMS) experience, i.e., Sitefinity.
  • Scrum Master experience is a plus.
  • Project Management tool experience, i.e., Workamajig or Advantage Systems.
